1. Check in and Check out

2. Day Pass

We do not have a day pass at the hotel. However, we can recommend you a nearby beach club.

3. Do you offer PCR and antigen tests?

We cooperate with local clinics which we work together and they can perform your tests quickly and comfortably. Medical staff come to the hotel to perform the tests. All payment is direct with the clinics and the results are ready in 24 hours. Can be booked once you check in at the hotel.

4. Restaurant Hours

Breakfast: 7:30 am to 11:00 am
Lunch: 12:00 pm to 6:00pm
Dinner: 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm

5. Meal plan

Your delicious a-la-carte breakfast is already included in your room rate.

6. Pool Opening

Our pools are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

7. Is the hotel for adults only or for families?

The hotel has rooms for families, such as the Bungalow Arena and Bungalow Jardín. We also offer beautiful Bungalows and Suites exclusively for adults.

8. Can I bring my pet?

Apologies, our hotel is not Pet Friendly.

9. Changes and Cancellations

We require a minimum of 7 days notice in advance of your arrival date to provide a full refund. The deposit is non-refundable when notice is given fewer than 7 days in advance of the arrival date. Early departures will be fully charged in accordance with the original booking.

10. Internet service

We have free WIFI service in all rooms and along all the resort. Due to the isolated location of the island, the signal could suffer disruptions, please consider this and take your precautions.

11. Use of Drones and Speakers

Their use is prohibited inside the property.

12. Distance to downtown Holbox

Our hotel is located a kilometer and a half (0.9 miles) from downtown Holbox. You can arrive by taxi, bike or take a relaxing stroll on the beach.

13. Which is the nearest airport?

We recommend arriving at Cancún Airport, which is located about 2 hourS by road from the Port of Chiquilá, followed by another 30 minutes on the ferry to the island. Take this time into account when organizing your flights.

14. Can cars cross to the island?

You will have to leave your car in the Port of Chiquilá as there are no private cars permitted on the island to preserve its beautiful sandy streets. In the Port of Chiquilá you can find a wide choice of parking areas.

15. Whale Shark season

Whale Sharks visit our beautiful island from May to September.
